SI(cinema) is an app and a website that play music videos. It is provided by Vitakka Consulting (“we”). By using SI(cinema) you agree to these terms.
The service
- SI(cinema) is free. No account is needed.
- It is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep it working and correct. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for damage that comes from using it.
- We may change it or stop it at any time.
The videos
- Every video belongs to its creator. We do not own the videos and we do not sell them.
- We list videos that their creators posted openly on YouTube and on X, credit each creator, and link to the creator’s original post or video.
- The videos are other people’s work. What they say is their own view, not ours. Some songs may use strong language.
- If a video is yours and you want it removed, or credited in another way, write to us and we do it.
YouTube
Some videos play in YouTube’s own player. By using SI(cinema) you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service: youtube.com/t/terms
Fair use
- Do not use SI(cinema) in a way that disrupts it for other people, for example with automated bulk requests.
- Do not copy the videos out of SI(cinema) or publish them elsewhere. Ask the creator.
In the car
Drive first. Use the car’s own screen, and do not handle the phone while driving.
The app
The app from the App Store is also covered by Apple’s standard licence agreement for apps: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

Law
These terms are governed by the law of Israel.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes.
